Lent

Lent is the six week period leading up to Easter. Traditionally, Lent is a time of preparation for the celebration of the death and resurrection of Jesus at Easter. From its start on Ash Wednesday (day after Pancake Day) until its conclusion on Easter Sunday, Lent is often used as a time for fasting or giving something up.

It can be hard to know where to start, but here are some resources, from books to apps to daily devotionals, that you might find helpful to use on your own, or maybe with a group.
