New Late Lounge
Late Lounge opened for the first time last week, and we had a great evening. It was great to see some new faces - each young person at Orchard School received a flyer introducing Late Lounge and inviting them to come along. As a team we were really excited for the young people to see the space (with it's new sofas, games console and giant beanbags), but even more excited to spend time with the young people we've gotten to know over the last year and build relationships with some we haven't met before.
We had a lovely evening in our new, relaxed, cafe atmosphere and enjoyed eating chips and drinking Coke from our new, 'cool' glass jars. It was also nice to have a visit from our local PCSOs. We're looking forward to all the opportunities that Late Lounge will create to show love to the young people in our community and provide a space that they enjoy spending time in.
